How It Works (In 4 Simple Steps)

Choose your dream e-bike and any accessories from our website. We'll prepare an official quote for you.

Apply through your employer's registered scheme (like GCI, Halfords, etc.) using the quote we provide.

Once approved, your scheme provider will email you a voucher or certificate for the agreed amount.

Forward the certificate to us. We'll process your order and deliver your new e-bike straight to you!

Step 1: Get Your Quote Browse our site and select the e-bike and any accessories you'd like. Email us at info@roxform.co.uk with your chosen model and accessories. We will reserve your items and send you an official quote.
Step 2: Apply for Your Voucher Use our quote to apply for your voucher through your employer's chosen scheme (GCI, Halfords, Bike2Work, etc.).
Step 3: Redeem Your Voucher Once your application is approved, simply forward the voucher or certificate you receive to us at info@roxform.co.uk.
Step 4: Receive Your Bike We'll finalise the order and arrange for your new bike to be delivered to your address, or made available for collection at an agreed partner retailer.
